Sandpiper Directors' Boardroom
Situated on the first floor away from the main business for self-contained and private use seating up to 15 delegates theatre style

Kingfisher Old Clubhouse & Lakeside Restaurant
These large areas can also be utilised for breakout areas or Exhibitions - as can the patio and grassed areas surrounding the Kingfisher

All rooms can be styled as requested:
Boardroom, classroom, theatre, hollow square and U-shape. All rooms have natural daylight and windows open to various aspects of the site. Any layout to your exact specification can be applied. There is ample car parking of 200 spaces on tarmacadam and further parking on 3 acres of manicured grass. State-of-art CCTV is installed throughout the site.
